About the Role
Stova Industries Ltd is a fast-growing FMCG manufacturing industry renowned for delivering excellent, high-quality products to our valued customers. We are currently looking for a results-driven and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all activities within our distribution center. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, supervising warehouse staff, maintaining impeccable inventory accuracy, and ensuring strict health and safety compliance while optimizing overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a meticulous approach to modern inventory management in a demanding manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Overseeing comprehensive inventory management, including regular cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring complete system accuracy.
- Managing warehouse staff by scheduling shifts, monitoring performance, and providing constructive guidance.
- Enforcing safety regulations and maintaining a proactive safety-first culture across all operations.
- Directing inbound and outbound operations, managing receiving docks, and coordinating shipping schedules to meet strict carrier deadlines.
- Tracking critical KPIs such as pick rates, order accuracy, and dock-to-stock time to drive continuous improvement.
- Managing operational budgets, labor costs, and supplies to ensure cost-effective warehouse performance.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years of proven experience in warehouse operations and supply chain management within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and inventory management skills.
- Hands-on operational background with foundational experience gained through entry-level warehouse positions.
