About the Role
Paradise Palms Lodge & Suites is currently looking for a diligent and reliable Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. Situated in the bustling commercial and residential hub of Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos, our lodge offers a vibrant and accessible work environment close to major corporate offices and lifestyle spots. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable, spotless, and welcoming stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all rooms and common areas.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough daily cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms according to established lodge standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and restock room amenities such as toiletries and towels
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and clean windows regularly
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly to management
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained
- Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and professionally to guarantee high satisfaction levels
- Maintain Lost and Found protocols and ensure public areas remain pristine at all times
- Proven professional experience working as a housekeeper, room attendant, or in a similar hospitality role
- Relevant qualifications or training in hospitality management, housekeeping, or related fields will be an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Physical stamina and capability to handle physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting
