About the Role
Zaron is a dynamic brand dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life for people through the development, marketing, distribution, and sale of premium lifestyle products customized for people of colour. Conceived in Leeds, United Kingdom in 2010 and operational in Lagos, Nigeria since 2011, we are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily logistics and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
- Ensure proper warehouse organization, efficient space utilization, and supervise the loading and unloading of goods to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits while preventing stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders while coordinating with logistics partners and internal teams.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and manage warehouse staff while enforcing discipline, productivity, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations across all warehouse functions.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and utilize Warehouse Management Systems effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in warehouse management or a similar logistics role.
- Strong working knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management principles.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems.
