Key Responsibilities- Support the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the company's comprehensive internal control framework.
- Ensure key business processes are adequately controlled, optimized, and strictly aligned with organizational policies and corporate governance standards.
- Evaluate the operational effectiveness of existing controls and proactively recommend practical improvements to mitigate identified risks.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify, analyze, and address operational, financial, compliance, and strategic risks.
- Collaborate closely with diverse business stakeholders to develop, execute, and monitor robust risk mitigation plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Recognized professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIA, CISA, CRMA, or an equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, or Corporate Governance roles.
- Proven professional experience gained within a large FMCG or manufacturing organization, successfully supporting complex business operations.
- Demonstrated strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management principles, and contemporary corporate governance practices.
