We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee, streamline, and optimize the supply chain functions of our growing feedmill operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end warehousing, inventory control, and logistics operations specifically within a feedmill or manufacturing environment.
- Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies to support production schedules and minimize operational bottlenecks.
- Oversee accurate stock tracking, routine audits, and inventory reconciliation to prevent shortages or stockouts of raw materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate safe and timely distribution, fleet management, and transportation logistics across regional supply networks.
- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse and logistics staff to foster a high-performance, safety-conscious work culture.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards, industry regulations, and environmental guidelines across all storage and transit facilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-7 years of progressive experience in feedmill warehousing and logistics management.
- Strong, demonstrated knowledge of feedmill supply chain processes and advanced inventory management systems.
- Proven ability to successfully manage logistics, warehousing, and distribution functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
