About the Role
Castle B Packaging is a rapidly expanding custom branding and product packaging company founded on the belief that every package tells a unique tale. As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for a dedicated Production Assistant to join our energetic team and play a vital role in our daily manufacturing and packaging workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the production team with the daily setup, operation, and maintenance of printing and packaging equipment.
- Inspect finished packaging and branded materials to ensure they meet strict quality control standards.
- Organize and manage raw materials, inventory supplies, and finished goods within the production floor.
- Collaborate with machine operators and designers to ensure timely execution of client orders and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing completed orders for dispatch and delivery to clients.
- Minimum of a Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE), or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, printing, packaging, or factory environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot defects in color replication and print quality.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift production materials.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team.
- Basic communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
