About the Role
Sunbeth Global Concepts (SGC) is a reputable trading firm specializing in the export of premium quality raw cocoa beans and cashew from Nigeria. Our expertise in sourcing, quality control, and logistics makes us a reliable partner for global businesses. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Warehouse Lead to manage our warehouse operations across Sagamu and Kano, with overall responsibility for the safe and accurate handling of sesame and related commodities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Officer at Kano, providing clear direction, performance oversight, and coaching to maintain consistent operating standards.
- Control the receiving, storage, stacking, and dispatch of sesame and related commodities, ensuring optimal warehouse layout and adherence to approved procedures.
- Coordinate closely with Quality Control, Inventory, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure a smooth flow of commodities aligned with shipment schedules.
- Maintain strict warehouse discipline, hygiene, housekeeping, and security measures to protect valuable stock from loss, theft, or damage.
- Ensure all warehouse documentation, including goods received notes, stack cards, and dispatch records, is accurately maintained and audit-ready.
- Monitor stock movements across both hubs and actively support periodic physical stock verifications, investigating and resolving variances.
- Bachelor degree or HND in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certification in warehouse or inventory management is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of proven experience in warehouse and store management, including oversight of multi-site operations.
- Demonstrated industry experience within the agro-commodity, food processing, or FMCG sectors in Nigeria.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems and modern inventory control practices.
