About the Role
MeWe Electronics, a leading Nigerian brand known for producing innovative electronic and household appliances, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Keeper. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining smooth warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting our commitment to delivering excellence to our vast customer base across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Verify incoming goods against Purchase Orders, affix barcode labels, store items in designated zones, and update the Warehouse Management System promptly.
- Execute accurate picking and packing based on Sales Orders, ensuring zero delivery errors during outbound shipments.
- Implement the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory rule and maintain environmental controls to protect stock from damage.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and monthly stock takes, investigating discrepancies and updating bin cards for accurate record-keeping.
- Enforce 5S housekeeping standards, safety protocols, and proper PPE usage across assigned warehouse zones.
- Minimum of a relevant OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in warehousing, inventory management, or logistics.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy inventory safely.
