About the Role
FMR Agency is seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Abuja. In this role, you will transform physical spaces into captivating visual experiences that balance stunning aesthetics with functional elegance, delivering tailored solutions for our real estate clients.
Key Responsibilities- Create initial concepts, mood boards, and space-optimized layouts tailored to client specifications and budgets.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to align on project objectives, aesthetic preferences, timelines, and financial boundaries.
- Produce precise 2D and 3D floor plans, architectural renderings, and working drawings using industry-standard software.
- Select and curate high-quality furniture, lighting, color schemes, fabrics, and decorative elements.
- Oversee project milestones, manage cost estimates, and ensure timely completion within set financial parameters.
- Partner closely with architects, general contractors, and craftsmen while conducting site inspections for flawless execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Spatial Design, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on interior design experience within the real estate, residential, or commercial sectors.
- Advanced technical proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Superior spatial reasoning, visualization, and artistic flair with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Excellent client communication, negotiation, and vendor management capabilities.
- Professional design body registration such as NCIDQ is an added advantage.
