About the Role

Thyaura Partners Concept is a leading provider of integrated facilities management services, committed to excellence and industry-leading standards. We are currently looking for a diligent and proactive Warehouse / Inventory Officer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our supply chain operations, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked, securely stored, and readily available to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring thorough quality checks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of stock received, issued, transferred, and returned using proper documentation like GRNs and Store Issue Vouchers.
  • Organize and maintain a clean, secure, and accessible warehouse environment while implementing effective stock control practices and proper labeling.
  • Monitor stock levels continuously, identify replenishment needs to prevent shortages, and manage stock rotation to minimize wastage and track expiry dates.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile balances with recorded figures, and promptly investigate or report any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Procurement, Operations, and Finance departments to manage inventory requirements and availability.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and restricted warehouse access protocols.
  • Prepare comprehensive inventory reports for management review and support periodic internal and external audits.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as a Warehouse Officer, Inventory Controller, or similar role within facilities management or related industries.
  • Strong proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and high accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
