Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, cycle counting, and thorough reconciliations.
- Coordinate timely deliveries and efficient stock transfers to boutiques and other business locations.
- Implement effective stock control and loss-prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and damages.
- Collaborate closely with Retail, Sales, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
- Monitor warehouse staff productivity, performance, and adherence to operational KPIs.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and warehouse procedures.
- Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies, operational bottlenecks, or fulfilment issues.
- Prepare comprehensive regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and stock movements.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics.
- Proven expertise in stock reconciliation, loss prevention, and multi-location distribution.
- Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in modern inventory and warehouse management software systems.
- Prior experience within retail, luxury retail, FMCG, or similar fast-paced environments is a distinct advantage.
