About the Role

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Storekeeper to join our manufacturing operations in Nigeria. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining seamless inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments against delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Record incoming and outgoing stock transactions meticulously within the inventory system and stock registers.
- Organize, label, and store products securely to facilitate quick identification, retrieval, and safety compliance.
- Issue materials and goods strictly based on approved requisitions and authorized organizational instructions.
- Perform routine physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies against digital or manual inventory records.
- Monitor inventory thresholds and promptly report low stock alerts, damaged items, or expired goods.
- Minimum of an OND or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 proven years of professional experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
- Demonstrated basic knowledge of inventory management principles and stock reconciliation techniques.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and utilizing spreadsheets or specialized inventory software.
- Exceptional organizational skills, absolute integrity, and high attention to detail.
