About the Role
Lvtopsun New Energy Company Limited is a leading manufacturing company of solar products in Nigeria, including inverters, solar batteries, and related renewable energy solutions. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Administrator to provide robust administrative, documentation, and coordination support for our daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all stock transactions—ranging from receiving and storage to dispatch and returns—are accurately recorded and compliant with company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain an efficient warehouse filing system for seamless document retrieval and audit readiness.
- Monitor inventory records and promptly report discrepancies between physical stock and system quantities.
- Verify that every movement of stock into or out of the warehouse has the appropriate authorization and paperwork.
- Assist in conducting daily, weekly, and periodic physical stock counts.
- Manage records for damaged, defective, missing, returned, and quarantined products.
- Coordinate closely with the Dispatch Officer and Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate release documentation.
- Support compliance with workplace safety protocols and report potential hazards immediately.
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, solar energy, electrical, or distribution environment is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with modern inventory management systems.
