About the Role

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive our safety culture forward in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, risk assessments, audits, inspections, and reporting systems to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Drive safe working practices across warehouses, workshops, assembly yards, logistics operations, and field activities, with a strong focus on lifting, rigging, and equipment offloading.
  • Lead thorough incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, conducting root cause analyses and enforcing effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Conduct engaging HSE inductions, daily toolbox talks, safety campaigns, and emergency response drills to promote continuous safety awareness.
  • Monitor workplace hazards continuously and recommend practical engineering and administrative control measures.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven HSE experience within heavy equipment, construction, mining, manufacturing, or logistics industries.
  • Mandatory possession of NEBOSH IGC or an equivalent recognized professional HSE certification.
  • Additional certifications such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IOSH, OSHA, First Aid, or Fire Safety are highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated expertise in warehouse safety, workshop operations, contractor management, and environmental compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with a willingness to travel to operational sites as needed.
