We are currently seeking an experienced and vigilant Head of Security – Infrastructure to safeguard our assets, personnel, and project sites.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and protocols for all company infrastructure and construction sites.
- Manage, train, and supervise security personnel and third-party security vendors to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability studies to preempt security breaches and threats.
- Oversee access control systems, surveillance networks, and emergency response procedures across all operational zones.
- Liaise effectively with local law enforcement, military agencies, and community stakeholders to maintain a secure working environment.
- Investigate security incidents, compile detailed reports, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards across all project locations.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in security management, specifically within infrastructure, real estate, or construction.
- BSc or HND in Security Management, Criminology, Law, Military/Defence Studies, or a related field.
- Possession of relevant professional security certifications is a distinct advantage.
- HSE Level 1, 2, and 3 certifications are highly desirable.
