Key Responsibilities- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all assigned hospital wards, corridors, and utility rooms.
- Assist nurses and medical personnel with the safe movement and transfer of patients within the facility.
- Deliver medical records, lab specimens, and supplies between departments promptly and accurately.
- Prepare ward beds, change linens, and manage waste disposal in accordance with hospital health and safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to call bells and assist patients with non-clinical needs to ensure their comfort.
- Perform any other general support duties as assigned by the nursing officer or hospital management.
- Minimum of at least 4 credit passes in WASC, NECO, GCE, SSCE, or NABTEB, which must include English Language.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact respectfully with patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
