Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat guests warmly upon arrival, presenting menus and offering detailed recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Process payments accurately and manage billing procedures using the restaurant's POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and station setups throughout the shift.
- Minimum of a SSCE, OND, or equivalent relevant qualification in hospitality or a related field.
- Proven previous experience working as a waiter, waitress, or in a customer-facing restaurant role.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient under pressure during peak operational hours.
- Smart, presentable appearance with a strong commitment to delivering stellar customer service.
- Reside in Owerri or be willing to relocate.
