Golden Bell's Multi Concepts (GBMC) Limited, a premier hospitality consulting and management firm, is currently seeking dynamic, customer-oriented Waitresses and Waiters to join our vibrant Food and Beverages department in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest receives prompt, courteous, and world-class service that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, presenting menus and offering detailed recommendations on food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders promptly and maintain vigilance over guest tables to anticipate needs, clear plates, and refill glasses.
- Handle guest inquiries, special dietary requests, and complaints with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Process payments accurately using designated point-of-sale systems and manage billing procedures efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized dining area in compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications and proven experience in a customer-facing hospitality or restaurant role.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills with a fluent command of English.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
