We are currently seeking a meticulous and driven Quality Control Officer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities- Assess customer requirements and ensure all in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications are consistently met.
- Monitor and enforce strict quality requirements for raw materials supplied by vendors and external partners.
- Ensure all production processes comply with both national and international quality standards.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all fresh food production before display and ensure zero expired items remain on supermarket shelves.
- Monitor the HACCP plan, oversee monthly store cleaning and fumigation, and maintain proper hygiene standards for the environment and staff.
- Check, sort, and appropriately grade received items while actively monitoring close-to-expiry products for timely removal.
- Welcome and host government and regulatory officials during inspections while ensuring all imported food and cosmetics appear on the global approved list.
- Handle customer complaints promptly with immediate corrective measures and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly internal audits across all departments.
- Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry standards, document transmittal requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and make timely decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Exhibit a high level of integrity, discretion, and a meticulous, quick-learning approach to problem-solving.
