Paradise Haven Hotel, a premier 2-star hospitality destination located in the heart of GRA Quarters, Sagamu, Ogun State, is currently seeking a professional and vibrant Waitress to join our dynamic food and beverage team. In this role, you will be the face of our dining establishment, providing warm, efficient, and memorable service to our diverse clientele of corporate guests, business travelers, and leisure visitors. Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat guests promptly while presenting menus with a welcoming and professional attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and upsell daily specials to enhance guest satisfaction and boost sales.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring all orders meet the high standards of the hotel kitchen and bar.
- Clear tables, manage billing accurately, and process payments using the hotel's designated point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, stations, and service equipment throughout the shift.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and special dietary requests promptly and courteously.
- Proven previous experience working as a Waitress, Server, or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-first disposition.
- Strong ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced dining environment.
- Impeccable personal presentation, honesty, reliability, and a strong collaborative team spirit.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
