About the Role
Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited is urgently seeking an experienced Waitress to deliver exceptional hospitality services for our esteemed client. The ideal candidate will ensure outstanding guest satisfaction, accurate order delivery, and seamless bar and dining operations.
Key Responsibilities- Warmly greeting all guests and accurately taking food and beverage orders.
- Remaining attentive and responsive to the needs of guests throughout the bar and dining areas.
- Promptly delivering food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to the guests.
- Ensuring all served food and drinks are accurately billed and payments are properly processed.
- Collecting, reconciling, and remitting all cash and card payments to the appropriate department.
- Verifying that kitchen staff prepare orders correctly and that dishes meet presentation standards before serving.
- Strictly adhering to health, safety, and hygiene code standards regarding food handling.
- Performing essential shift duties such as stocking service stations, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Minimum of an SSCE, NCE, or OND certificate from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of proven experience working as a waitress, server, or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
