Chilis by Ebevande, a premier 24-hour service restaurant and lounge located in Ibadan, Oyo State, is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Storekeeper to join our team. Operating around the clock with morning, afternoon, and night shifts, our establishment requires meticulous inventory oversight to ensure seamless daily operations. Key Responsibilities- Oversee the receipt, storage, and safe issuance of all restaurant ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, track daily usage, and optimize stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, verifying that quantities and qualities match purchase orders while reporting any discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain storage areas properly, ensuring correct labeling and conditions to prevent spoilage and maintain product quality.
- Keep detailed records of all stock movements, returns, and updates within our inventory management systems.
- Monitor threshold levels and prepare accurate purchase orders for timely procurement.
- Minimum of a SSCE, OND, or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory Clerk, or similar role, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software and record-keeping.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night schedules, in a 24-hour operation.
