About the Role
Khadasha Innovations Africa is seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waitress to provide exceptional food and beverage service to our esteemed guests. In this role, you will be the face of our hospitality standards, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless, welcoming, and professional dining experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests warmly and provide courteous, professional hospitality service throughout their visit.
- Present menus, explain available meals and beverages, and take accurate guest orders.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and in accordance with established hospitality standards.
- Set, clear, and maintain dining tables before, during, and after service hours.
- Respond to guest requests, questions, and complaints with tact and professionalism.
- Process payments accurately and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system when required.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene within the dining and surrounding service areas.
- Minimum of SSCE / WAEC or an equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous proven experience as a Waitress, Server, or in a hospitality customer service role is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and basic hygiene practices.
- Familiarity with POS system operation and basic cash handling is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and active listening skills.
- Impeccable personal grooming, a polite demeanor, and a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
