Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests warmly, guide them to their seats, and present menus with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations when necessary and coordinating efficiently with the kitchen staff.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and etiquette.
- Monitor dining areas continuously to ensure cleanliness, proper arrangement, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and special requests gracefully and professionally.
- Process bills, handle cash or electronic payments accurately, and adhere to cash-handling policies.
- Comply strictly with all health, hygiene, safety, and hospitality service standards.
- Minimum of an SSCE or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous proven experience working as a waitress or server in a reputable hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment is an added advantage.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Immaculate personal hygiene, neat grooming, and a professional, approachable appearance.
- High level of honesty, punctuality, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
