Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, presenting menus and making recommendations on food and drink selections.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders promptly and efficiently while ensuring high standards of presentation and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor dining and lounge areas to anticipate guest needs, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and billing professionally and courteously.
- Possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a polished, well-groomed look at all times.
- Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene and food safety awareness.
