About the Role
Almond Healthcare Services Limited is seeking a polished, experienced, and detail-oriented Waitress to join our fine dining establishment, Panthera Restaurant. In this dynamic role, you will take full operational ownership of an assigned station, providing personalized table service, exhibiting comprehensive menu knowledge, and upholding luxury presentation standards. You will ensure every guest enjoys a flawless dining experience while strictly adhering to operational guidelines and team workflows in a vibrant Abuja location.
Key Responsibilities- Take full ownership of an assigned station on the dining room floor, ensuring all tables, chairs, side stands, and place settings are immaculately clean, organized, and set up to luxury standards before and during service.
- Provide welcoming, sophisticated, and highly personalized table service to guests, guiding them through the entire dining journey with grace and professional etiquette.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the complete food and beverage menu, confidently explaining ingredients, culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and daily specials.
- Take guest orders with absolute accuracy, using the POS system efficiently to input food, beverage, and special modifications without error.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen team and food runners to ensure plates are delivered to the correct tables at the perfect temperature and cadence.
- Process guest bills and handle financial transactions securely, ensuring a seamless and polite departure experience for every patron.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven waiting or hospitality service experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or fine dining establishment.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, digital order processing, and electronic payment terminals.
- Must reside within the Maitama axis or nearby areas and be fully willing to work flexible shifts, including days and nights.
- Strong physical stamina, speed, and exceptional composure under high-pressure, fast-paced service conditions.
