Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and detailing daily specials with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally, ensuring prompt resolution to guarantee satisfaction.
- Manage billing processes accurately using the designated point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Previous experience working as a waitress or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role is an added advantage, though fresh candidates with high potential are encouraged to apply.
