About the Role
Uleval Technology is seeking a courteous, well-groomed, and attentive Waiter/Waitress to provide exceptional dining and guest service within our hospitality and entertainment environment. In this front-of-house role, you will welcome guests, take and serve food and beverage orders accurately, and ensure every visitor enjoys a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and offer clear information about food and beverage options.
- Take accurate orders and input them promptly into the approved POS or restaurant management system.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards, ensuring orders are correct and delivered timely.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond professionally to requests or concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tables, chairs, and surrounding service areas before, during, and after shifts.
- Handle billing, payments, and receipt issuance in compliance with company cash-handling procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and supervisory teams to support daily operations and special events.
- Adhere strictly to all food-safety, hygiene, grooming, and ethical standards at all times.
- Minimum of a secondary-school education or equivalent; hospitality or customer-service training is an advantage.
- Prior experience working in a restaurant, hotel, lounge, café, bar, or similar hospitality environment is preferred.
- Basic familiarity with restaurant POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Physical capability to stand and move for extended periods and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
