About the Role
Skyline Premium Hotel, in partnership with Wertvoll Consulting Services, is looking for vibrant and service-oriented individuals to join our dynamic hospitality team in Agbor, Delta State. As a Waitress or Waiter, you will serve as the face of our dining establishment, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable culinary experience characterized by warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, presenting menus and offering detailed recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders promptly and maintain vigilance over assigned tables to anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately using the hotel's point-of-sale systems and handle cash or card transactions responsibly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, including resetting tables and clearing unused items.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with tact and exceptional customer service skills.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications and demonstrable experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Immaculate personal presentation and professional grooming standards.
