About the Role
Wertvoll Consulting Services, a premier hospitality consulting firm headquartered in Lekki, Lagos, is currently recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client, Skyline Premium Hotel in Agbor, Delta State. We are seeking a passionate, professional, and service-oriented Cook to join our dynamic culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a wide variety of local and continental dishes in accordance with hotel recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure proper food hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices are maintained in the kitchen at all times.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimize food waste during daily meal preparation.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.
- Inspect food items, ingredients, and workstation equipment for freshness and proper functioning.
- Relevant culinary qualifications and proven professional experience as a cook or line chef.
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations, kitchen sanitation, and modern cooking techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Open to both male and female candidates with a strong passion for the hospitality industry.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Shared comfortable staff accommodation available for candidates residing outside Agbor.
