As the face of our dining operations, you will ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and high-quality service that reflects our commitment to excellence in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and offering detailed recommendations on food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders promptly and maintain table hygiene throughout the dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Process payments accurately using the hotel point-of-sale system and manage billing transactions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Relevant professional certification, secondary school education, or hospitality training.
- Proven previous experience working as a waiter or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role.
- Open to both male and female candidates who possess a smart and approachable appearance.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Shared comfortable staff accommodation provided for candidates residing outside Agbor.
