Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, presenting menus and offering knowledgeable recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders promptly and maintain vigilance over assigned tables to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Handle billing and payments accurately using the restaurant's point-of-sale system.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and service stations.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and uncompromising professionalism.
- Ability to thrive gracefully in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.
