We are currently recruiting a polished and dedicated Waiter / Waitress on behalf of our exclusive fine dining client. In this role, you will act as the face of the establishment, ensuring that every guest receives world-class service that matches the luxurious ambiance and culinary excellence of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and offering expert recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, communicating effectively with the kitchen and bar staff.
- Deliver orders promptly and maintain constant vigilance over assigned tables to anticipate guest needs.
- Execute formal fine dining service etiquette, including proper silver service, wine pairing presentation, and table clearing.
- Handle guest inquiries, special dietary requests, and complaints with professionalism, grace, and swift problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain pristine standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, workstations, and service stations.
- Process billing accurately using the restaurant's point-of-sale system and manage payment transactions securely.
- Minimum of an O Level (Secondary School Certificate) qualification.
- At least 2 years of proven professional experience working exclusively in a fine dining establishment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal communication, and customer service skills.
- Impeccable personal grooming, presentation, and professional etiquette.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
