Beauty Masters, a premier purpose-built wellness center located in the distinguished district of Guzape, Abuja, is seeking a talented and dedicated Swimming Coach. As Nigeria's first professional beauty and wellness house, we pride ourselves on delivering world-class services rooted in tradition, relaxation, and holistic health. We are looking for an energetic fitness professional who can elevate our aquatic programs and provide exceptional coaching to our esteemed clientele in a state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver comprehensive swimming lessons tailored for beginner, intermediate, and advanced swimmers of all ages.
- Maintain strict pool safety standards and supervise all aquatic activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any water-related emergencies by administering proper rescue and first-aid protocols.
- Assess swimmers' progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and personalized improvement strategies.
- Ensure the swimming pool area, equipment, and surrounding facilities are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health standards.
- Promote wellness center aquatic programs and assist clients in achieving their personal fitness and swimming goals.
- Proven swimming ability with advanced strokes and comprehensive knowledge of water safety and rescue techniques.
- Certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid from a recognized body.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching swimming to diverse age groups across various skill levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills with a client-first approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the wellness center schedule.
