About the Role
CeraCerni's Art Hub is a unique art space offering an immersive experience of art in various forms and styles. It presents a plethora of art activities for participants to engage in, allowing them to discover their latent creative potential through hands-on involvement. We are currently seeking a vibrant and customer-focused Waiter or Waitress to join our team at The Palette and help give our guests a truly memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant first impression of our unique art and dining space.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and make thoughtful recommendations from the menu.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism, patience, and a friendly attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Friendly, approachable, and attentive personality with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Immaculate personal grooming, neat appearance, and a professional demeanor at all times.
