Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing all food, beverage, and culinary operations to maintain superior brand standards and exceed financial targets.

- Provide prompt and proactive support to employees, utilizing strong coaching skills to resolve concerns and boost morale.

- Ensure full compliance with corporate accounting procedures and assist general management with annual quality audits.
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in food and beverage, culinary, or hospitality operations.
- Alternatively, a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration, plus 1 year of relevant experience.
