Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee all sanitation and cleanliness operations across guest rooms and public spaces. Your daily duties will include:
- Manage, train, and mentor all housekeeping staff to maintain peak operational efficiency and high morale.
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring compliance with top-tier hygiene and presentation standards.
- Supervise floor care processes, including vacuuming, sweeping, and deep cleaning.
- Ensure rigorous sanitation of guest toilets, bathrooms, and showers.
- Monitor the cleanliness and sanitization of all hotel public areas.
- Supervise subordinates in proper bed-making techniques and timely linen changes.
- Ensure staff properly empty all trash receptacles and daily replenish guest toiletries.
- Perform additional operational functions incidental to the housekeeping management position.
To be considered for the Housekeeping Manager position at Rekopel Resources Ltd, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 7 years of professional housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry.
