We are currently recruiting a vibrant and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating memorable dining experiences by maintaining high standards of customer service, food safety, and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat guests warmly upon arrival, presenting menus and offering detailed recommendations when requested.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Check back with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and anticipate additional needs.
- Process payments efficiently using POS terminals and handle cash transactions with absolute accuracy.
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized dining area.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen, bar, and floor staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or in a similar hospitality role.
- Possession of a West African Senior School Certificate (WASSCE) or equivalent professional certification in hospitality.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm, polite, and efficient in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
