Key Responsibilities- Greet incoming guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently to optimize dining flow.
- Escort guests to tables and present menus while maintaining a polite and courteous demeanor.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Collaborate closely with the waitstaff and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Minimum of OND, SSCE, or relevant academic qualification.
- Proven previous experience working as a hostess, receptionist, or in a customer-facing hospitality role.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal communication, and active listening skills.
- Smart, professional appearance with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Must be based in Owerri or willing to commute reliably.
