Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with restaurant recipes and standards.
- Welcome guests warmly, take drink orders accurately, and offer engaging menu recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout shifts, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and report shortages to management promptly.
- Handle cash and electronic payment transactions accurately using the restaurant point-of-sale system.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and manage customer interactions professionally.
- Proven working experience as a barman, bartender, or mixologist in a reputable hospitality establishment.
- Relevant vocational training, certifications, or culinary school qualifications in hospitality or food and beverage service.
- Exceptional knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Owerri, Imo State.
