We are currently looking for a passionate and presentable Waiter / Waitress to join our vibrant hospitality team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating extraordinary dining moments for our guests, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service standards, warmth, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests with attentiveness and patience.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas before, during, and after service hours.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints gracefully to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Process billing accurately using the hotel point-of-sale systems and handle payments securely.
- Proactively upsell menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification; additional hospitality certifications or diplomas are an advantage.
- At least 1 year of proven experience working in a hotel, restaurant, or premium hospitality setting.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally guest-focused attitude.
- High level of personal grooming, neatness, and a presentable appearance.
- Energetic, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in order taking, table service, billing procedures, and upselling techniques.
