We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Manager to lead our team, optimize operational efficiency, and elevate our hospitality standards to new heights.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate hotel staff across various departments to foster a culture of excellence.
- Drive revenue generation and occupancy rates through strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
- Handle complex guest relations issues professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor P&L statements, and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and brand quality standards.
- Possession of an HND or BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, and P&L management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proactive, results-driven approach.
