About the Role
Uleval Technology is seeking a courteous, well-groomed, and service-oriented Waiter or Waitress to deliver exceptional dining and guest service within our hospitality and entertainment environment. This customer-facing role requires strong communication, flawless personal presentation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests warmly and present menus with clear information regarding food and beverage options.
- Take accurate orders and input them promptly into the approved POS system.
- Communicate order details efficiently to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve food and beverages according to established high-service standards.
- Maintain table cleanliness, reset areas promptly, and manage billing procedures accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Minimum of secondary-school education or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, lounge, café, or bar environment.
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and basic numeracy skills.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and multitasking abilities.
