Key Responsibilities- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly, professional, and hospitable manner.
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using efficient methods.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper arrangement of tables and dining areas.
- Present bills, process customer payments accurately, and handle transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously and effectively.
- Follow all established food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant daily according to company protocols.
- Uphold the restaurant's premium service standards and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Minimum of an SSCE, OND, or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous working experience in hospitality, catering, or food service is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant disposition.
- Good personal grooming and a professional, presentable appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Candidate must reside around the University of Ibadan and its environs.
