About the Role
Whassan Nigeria Limited (WENL), operating since 1982, is a premier provider of top-tier catering and facilities management services tailored to the upstream oil and gas sector. We are currently looking for a diligent and experienced Campboss to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily camp operations, ensuring high culinary standards, and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily camp operations, ensuring seamless facilities management and catering delivery.
- Prepare and oversee the production of a wide variety of delicious national and continental dishes.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, implementing effective cost-control strategies to minimize waste.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other digital tools for inventory tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and stakeholders on-site.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and hygiene standards across all camp facilities.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of proven experience working as a Campboss or in a similar catering and facilities management role.
- Exceptional culinary skills with extensive knowledge of both national and continental cuisines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, budgeting, and financial cost control.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-relationship management skills.
