Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, presenting menus and offering detailed recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, ensuring special dietary requests are communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Handle billing and payments securely and accurately using the restaurant's point-of-sale system.
- Maintain pristine hygiene standards across dining and service areas, adhering strictly to food safety and handling protocols.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
- Proven experience working as a waiter, service staff, or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of proper hygiene and food-handling practices in a commercial food and beverage environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural flair for customer service.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely, multitask, and work effectively as part of a dynamic team.
