Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to high hospitality standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds daily, and replenish guest room supplies including toiletries and towels.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them promptly to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints courteously and efficiently to ensure absolute satisfaction.
- Manage laundry duties, fold linens, and maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines while executing daily housekeeping duties.
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or Room Attendant in a reputable hotel or hospitality establishment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Impeccable personal presentation, professional appearance, and a courteous attitude at all times.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage time effectively during shifts.
- Flexibility and ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and early mornings.
- Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate or relevant hospitality training certification.
