About the Role
M.I.P Consultants Limited is expanding its dynamic team and looking for a talented, dedicated, professional, and service-driven Cleaner to join our growing hospitality operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our client spaces maintain the highest standards of sanitation, aesthetic appeal, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing all assigned areas.
- Ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and restrooms meet strict hospitality hygiene and presentation standards.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to the management team.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed.
- Provide courteous and professional interactions with guests and staff whenever required.
- Proven work experience as a Cleaner, Housekeeper, or in a similar hospitality sanitation role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a courteous attitude.
- Professional appearance and strict adherence to workplace hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physical stamina and capability to handle repetitive bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
