About the Role
Belanova Apartments and Suites is a luxury boutique short-stay property located in the heart of Maitama, Abuja's most exclusive district. We invite guests to relax in our spacious apartments, unwind at our rooftop pool and gym, and dine at one of our two on-site restaurants. We are currently seeking a smart, well-presented Waiter or Server to become an extension of the Belanova brand by providing a seamless dining experience through exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and warm, skilled service.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and attend to guests in a warm, professional, and hospitable manner at all times.
- Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders, ensuring prompt delivery from the kitchen and bar.
- Listen attentively to guest feedback, efficiently receive, and professionally process any guest complaints.
- Leverage comprehensive product knowledge to upsell menu items, house specialties, and on-site services.
- Comply strictly with health, safety, and regulatory hygiene standards throughout the dining areas.
- Exceed guest expectations while remaining within the boundaries of company policy and operational guidelines.
- Maintain consistently high standards of product and service quality across all dining operations.
- Complete supporting departmental duties as required, including keeping service stations impeccably clean and organized.
- Relevant qualifications and prior experience working in hospitality, upscale dining, or a luxury hotel environment.
- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
