Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional manner
- Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations about our offerings
- Take accurate food and beverage orders while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Deliver orders promptly and maintain high standards of service quality
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
- Respond promptly to customer requests and resolve concerns professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service

- Proven experience in food service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
